Join us for drinks and canapés at the Hayloft Restaurant before enjoying a special dinner which includes the very best local produce. All of this is included in the price of your ticket.

Ham Hock Terrine with pea purée and piccalilli dressing
Welsh cheese and ale paté (v)

The Main Event...

Slow Cooked Blade of Welsh Beef with a caramelised onion & red wine jus, seasonal veggies, mashed potato, cabbage and spring onions

Mediterranean Vegetable tart baked with tomato compote & butternut squash (v)

To Finish...

Sticky Toffee Pudding with vanilla pod ice cream and butterscotch sauce.

Served with a selection of red and white wine and tea/coffee to finish.
