Farm Shop
The Furnace Farm Shop showcases the very best artisan food that Wales has to offer, from both local producers and in house, from the bakery, butchery and deli counter. The Bodnant Dairy produces its own handmade salted butter, quality ice cream, as well as a growing selection of award-winning cheese.
All meat at the butchery counter is sourced locally; in season you’ll find salt marsh lamb from Porthmadog and dry-aged Conwy Valley black beef. Sausages come in a variety of flavours, and are produced onsite.
Three quarters of the products you’ll find in the farm shop are Welsh, with more than half being sourced from North Wales itself.

Hayloft Restaurant and tea-rooms
The beautifully converted Hayloft Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere combined with dreamy mountain views and a superb menu of locally sourced produce.
Each dish is freshly prepared using seasonal Welsh ingredients, sourced in-house from the dairy, butchery and bakery.
The Furnace Tearoom offers lighter alternatives; including homemade snacks and soups, Welsh Afternoon Tea, and a daily selection of homemade cakes and pastries.
The ingredients on the Tearoom and Restaurant menu are available to purchase in the farm shop, so you can recreate the ‘taste of Wales’ in your own home.
