Join us for drinks and canapés at the Hayloft Restaurant before enjoying a special dinner which includes the very best of the estate grown foods and local produce - a ‘taste of Wales’ right from our very own doorstep. All of this is included in the price of your ticket.

Braised blade of beef, fondant potato, barley and cabbage, with pepper cream sauce

Vegetarian option: Courgette, feta & fig wellington, celeriac & potato pressing, tarragon sauce

Lemon and raspberry cheese cake with fresh raspberries and oats
